The hotel was a comfortable stopover. The restaurant impressed with a diverse breakfast and delicious dinners. The staff provided excellent service, though some insects were a nuisance. The pool looked inviting, but I didn’t get to enjoy it. Even a few issues, like the TV remote, didn't overshadow the enjoyable stay.

Unit was clean and comfortable and had been recently renovated. 10/10 to your cleaning staff.
Evening restaurant was very loud even with very few people in it. Would not have been able to have a conversation so did not stay.

I recently stayed for a few nights at this hotel while on a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised. the service was top-notch from check-in, thanks to the friendly reception staff. the restaurant was a standout, offering an impressive breakfast spread and exceptional dinners that exceeded my expectations. the relaxing bar area was perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine, and the pool looked inviting, even though I didn’t have the chance to take a dip. My spacious room was clean and comfortable.

Liked the price of our deluxe twin room with a nice big comfy bed and its essentials. The location close to the town centre was nice and unbeatable. Seafood restaurant Big Tuna Fish Co was 300 metres away from the place.

The pool was great, and the food via room service was good despite limited drink options. I faced a few issues with the TV and had a cold shower. I'd recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for my work consultation and it provided the best approach for dealing with a neighbor who was causing me concern. I was able to wind down in my room with its own work desk, free Wi-Fi connection, and a selection of blockbuster movies. The TV also had Chromecast and IOS Screen Mirroring, which made it convenient for me to use.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to a space where I could print documents and use other office equipment without any disruptions.

The rooms at Karratha International Hotel are simply amazing. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a queen-size bed, work desk, and cozy armchairs. Plus, the garden view is so relaxing! The Two Bed, Two Bath rooms are top-notch. They have all the modern amenities you could ask for, making your stay super convenient and comfortable. Definitely a great choice if you're traveling with friends or family. I loved how spacious and well-equipped the rooms were. With a dedicated workspace, complimentary Wi-Fi, and even access to the latest blockbuster movies, it's like a home away from home. And the Chromecast and IOS Screen Mirroring? Such a bonus! The free upgrade to the Deluxe King Rooms was a pleasant surprise. It felt like a luxury to enjoy the extra space and amenities without paying extra. Highly recommend taking advantage of this offer.
For me personally, I wasn't a big fan of the garden view. But hey, that's just my preference.
